
Aimee's Musical Biography

Described in competition by Juries as having "a deep heartfelt and compelling musical connection" with "expressive musical thought" and "expansive musical tone". "A Violinist that compels the listener to hear what she has to say."
Aimee commenced her classical violin training at the age on 6 in Limerick in the South West of Ireland with Oonagh Keogh. She moved to France aged 15 to continue her studies in the Conservatoire de Nantes with Professor Constantin Serban with whom she studies with to this day.

She is a multiple prize winner at major national competitions and has been invited to attend masterclasses in Ireland and throughout Europe in 2022 and 2023. She has played for renound teachers David Grimal, Viviane Hagner, Maria Milstein and Detlef Hahn. She has had the benefit of the encouragement support and training from violinists from the Irish Chamber Orchestra of Ireland.

She has held the position of principal violinist in the National Youth Orchestra of Ireland, and Ceol Na Mara. She has been invited to play for the President of Ireland at Aras an Uchtaran, has given many lauded performances in Ireland and has been invited to play at the Killaloe Chamber Music Festival.
